Đặt \(\tan x = t \Rightarrow {1 \over {{{\cos }^2}x}}dx = dt \Rightarrow {I_1} = \int {tdt = {1 \over 2}{t^2} + C}  = {1 \over 2}{\tan ^2}x+ C\)

\({I_2} = \int {\tan xdx}  = \int {{{\sin x} \over {\cos x}}dx} \) 

Đặt  \(\cos x = t \Rightarrow  - \sin xdx = dt \Rightarrow {I_2} = \int {{{ - dt} \over t} =  - \ln \left| t \right| + C =  - \ln \left| {\cos x} \right| + C} \)

\( \Rightarrow I = {1 \over 2}{\tan ^2}x + \ln \left| {\cos x} \right| + C\)
