EFFECTS OF PLAYING GAMES TOO MUCH

Nowadays, more and more peolple play computer games everywhere. They only feel is interesting and see its benefits; however, playing comouter games has a lot of benefits on gamers. Firstly, the players suffer from diverse diseases. Spending too much time – all day-  on playing computer games makes their eyes tired and can lead to eye sicknesses( short sight, sore eyes,…), the players can have a headache and backache. Secondly, playing too much computer games makes the players stay inactive. Because the gamers only sit at a place for a long time without going out to play with their friends or to activate their body, they will be lazy to move and they can be fat soon. Last but not least, when gamers concentrate too much on playing computer games they ignore their work. Many people are interested in computer games so much that they only want to finish their work as fast as they can to play, so they do their work carelessly and it leads to bad result. Many stuadents are so addicted to games that they spend all free time on games and forget their homework and lessons. In short, playings computer games is fun but it will be very harmful if peole play them too much. Therefore, people should know how to control their time on playing comuter games properly.
